Vestige (noun) — a trace or remnant of something that is disappearing or no longer exists.
At Vestige Collective, we seek to preserve the beauty and spirit of what might otherwise be forgotten — celebrating the craftsmanship, stories and artistry that stand the test of time.
Guided by the belief that beauty transcends trends, we curate timeless pieces with soul, character and presence. Each carries a quiet story — a fragment of history reimagined through a contemporary lens.
Our collections embody restraint and refinement: the patina of age, the precision of design, the elegance of simplicity. We believe true luxury lies in permanence and the poetry of imperfection.
A trace of the past, curated for the present. Because true design doesn’t follow trends, it outlives them.
ABOUT VESTIGE
Condition Guide
All of our pieces are vintage or antique and show signs of age consistent with their history. We believe wear, patina and imperfections are part of what make these objects special and we describe their condition as clearly and honestly as possible.
To help guide expectations, we use the following condition terms:
Exceptional
Minimal to no visible wear; beautifully preserved with original finish intact and only the lightest signs of age.
Excellent
Very light vintage wear; subtle surface marks visible on close inspection, consistent with age.
Very Good
Gentle, noticeable wear; light scratches or small nicks with an even, attractive patina.
Good
Clear vintage wear; visible scratches, scuffs, small dents or marks, all consistent with age and use.
Heavily Patinated
Heavy vintage wear; pronounced scratches, dents, or surface wear, resulting in a deep, characterful patina.
Rustic / As-Found
Significant wear and imperfections; raw, untouched patina with visible signs of age and history.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
All of our pieces are vintage or antique, carefully sourced for their character, craftsmanship and timeless appeal. As with all older items, signs of age and use are to be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Antique pieces are generally considered to be over 100 years old, often reflecting the materials, techniques and craftsmanship of an earlier time. Vintage items are more recent and are defined less by age alone and more by the distinctive style and character of the era in which they were made.
While antiques offer a tangible connection to the past, vintage pieces capture the design language and everyday beauty of more recent decades. Both are valued for their individuality, history and the sense of story they bring into a space.

We describe condition as clearly and honestly as possible, using a consistent grading system that reflects age, wear and patina. Each product listing includes specific condition notes and we encourage you to refer to our Condition Guide for further detail.
Vintage items naturally show signs of use — from surface marks and patina to subtle imperfections or variations in shape and finish. We consider these details part of an object’s charm and history.
-
Where possible, pieces are left in their original condition. Any restoration or stabilisation is kept minimal and will always be clearly noted in the product description. All items are gently cleaned and carefully handled before being listed.
-
Most of our pieces are one of a kind or part of very limited sets. Once an item is sold, it is unlikely to be restocked. If something particularly resonates with you, feel free to get in touch — we’re always happy to help source something similar where possible.

Each item is thoughtfully sourced from trusted dealers, markets and private collections, with a focus on quality, design and longevity.
